Pavel Datsyuk, often hailed for his exceptional two-way play and dazzling skills, played 14 seasons with the Detroit Red Wings. Datsyuk's defensive acumen earned him votes for the Selke Trophy in ten different years; he won the award three consecutive times from 2008 to 2010. Over his career, Datsyuk notched 314 goals and 604 assists in 953 games, and he proudly hoisted the Stanley Cup twice.

Shea Weber, recognized for his powerful shot and leadership, spent his career with the Nashville Predators and the Montreal Canadiens. Weber scored 224 goals and provided 365 assists over 16 seasons. He was a three-time finalist for the Norris Trophy, awarded to the league's best defenseman, and played a pivotal role in leading the Canadiens to the Stanley Cup Final in 2020.

On the women's side, Natalie Darwitz and Krissy Wendell-Pohl have both made significant contributions to the sport. Darwitz led the University of Minnesota to a national championship in 2005, famously scoring the game-winning goal against Harvard. She has also earned two Olympic silver medals, a bronze medal, and an impressive collection of three golds and five silvers at the World Championships.

Krissy Wendell-Pohl has been a standout figure in international play, scoring 106 goals in 147 games for Team USA. She earned a silver and a bronze Olympic medal and played a crucial role in guiding Team USA to the gold medal at the World Championships in 2005, earning tournament MVP honors for her outstanding performance.

David Poile, the winningest general manager in NHL history, boasts 1,533 regular season victories. He served as the only GM in Nashville Predators history until retiring last year. Colin Campbell, who spent 11 seasons as an NHL player, later transitioned to coaching and executive roles. He won the Stanley Cup as an assistant coach with the New York Rangers in 1994 and later served as the Rangers' head coach for four seasons.
